"I have decided to dedicate a new series of Educating Elly to mental health. By filming this I'm hoping to lift the lid on what it all means through my own personal experiences. Creating this series has been both incredibly scary and liberating. It has not been easy for me to own up to everything and that I've been having such a hard time coming to terms with the real me. But from being so honest I feel like a massive weight has started to lift from my shoulders. I hope that my story may inspire others to open up and reach out in the face of tough times...
